Alcotec 200
Alcotec 200 Batch Turbo Yeast is extremely temperature tolerant and can withstand the high temperatures that develop when fermenting larger volumes of wash into alcohol. It has its name from the fact that it can handle up to 200 liters without any cooling system if you "stack" it (using multiple sachets up to 8 sachets for 200 liters or 53 gal). Also perfect for smaller batches when the ambient temperature is high (those hot summer months). Alcotec 200 is packaged in 86g sachets.
